ingredients

• Russet potatoes • Unsalted butter •Unsalted butter • Cooked bacon • Shredded cheddar cheese • Sour cream  • Onions or chives

Microwave the potatoes for 5 mins & flip for 2-3 mins. Potatoes should be fork tender.

step 1

 Cut the potatoes in half lengthwise and scoop out . Leave about ½” of potato.

step 2

Drizzle olive oil & sprinkle some salt on the potatoes. Air fry for 5 mins before adding fillings.

step 3

Add in the butter, cheese, and bacon, then air fry till the cheese has melted.

step 4

Top with your favourite toppings!
