ingredients

– shredded potatoes  approximately 3 medium potatoes –  onion powder – olive oil – salt & pepper, to taste

Soak shredded potatoes in cold water for 10-15 mins to help draw out as much starch as possible.

Drain and dry the potatoes.

Season the hash browns in a large bowl with onion powder, olive oil, salt & pepper. Mix to combine.

Grease the bottom of the preheated air fryer with oil & fill the tray with shredded potatoes.

Press the potatoes down evenly to shape the hash browns. Air fry for about  16-20 mins until golden brown.
