ingredients

– sea scallops  – salt & pepper –  flour – butter, melted –  olive oil –  breadcrumbs –  garlic powder – lemon wedges

Rinse the scallops with cold water & pat dry with a paper towel.

Add scallops to a large bowl & season with salt & pepper.

Toss in some flour, making sure to coat each scallop completely.

One scallop at a time, dip it into the butter mixture, allow the excess to drip down & then roll it into the breadcrumbs. Repeat with remaining scallops.

Air fry that batch for 7-10 mins (larger scallops will be closer to the 10-min mark) until golden brown. Flip halfway.
