Set Instant Pot to [SAUTE]. Add olive oil & sear the meat. Remove from Instant Pot & set aside. Add onion & sauté for a few mins until the onion is translucent.

– chuck roast beef – yellow onion – dry red wine – beef stock – worcestershire sauce – carrots –potatoes – mushrooms

Cut your chuck roast into cubes. Season with salt, pepper, paprika & cayenne.

Set Instant Pot to [SAUTE]. Add olive oil & sear the meat. Remove from Instant Pot & set aside. Add onion & sauté for a few mins until the onion is translucent.
