warm & filling, this soup is packed with veggies, loaded with flavor & so delicious!

broccoli cheddar soup 


– olive oil – onion, diced small –  garlic, minced –  vegetable broth or chicken broth – broccoli florets

Then add olive oil & onions to the instant pot & saute until the onion is translucent.

Add garlic & cook until the garlic is fragrant.

Deglaze the pot by adding the broth.

Add the veggies, salt, pepper, paprika & thyme. Set to high pressure for 3 mins.

 In a bowl melt butter in the microwave. Whisk together the butter, flour & half & half. Set aside.

step 5

When cooking is done, open the lid & whisk in the butter mixture. Add in the cheese!

Use an immersion blender to puree the soup to your desired consistency.
