ingredients

–  butternut squash,  – olive oil – yellow onion – garlic cloves – chicken broth or  – pepper – sage leaves –  heavy cream -

Cut the Butternut Squash as directed.

Press the sauté button in your instant pot - add the olive oil & onions. Cook  until the onion is translucent.

Stir in the garlic, then deglaze the pot with the chicken broth.

Add in the squash & other ingredients. Close the lid & cook for 10 minutes.

Do a quick release, remove the rosemary & add the heavy cream.

Use a blender to purée the soup.
