– chicken broth – diced green chilies – chipotle in adobo sauce – black beans – frozen corn kernels – boneless chicken breast –diced tomatoes & juices

Saute the onions, then add in garlic & chicken broth. Then, add in the beans & vegetables.

Add chicken on top. Cook for 11 minutes in the instant pot.

Remove chicken from the Instant Pot and shred with forks before returning chicken to the pot.
