Ingredients

– Dried Elbow Macaroni – Butter – Sharp Cheddar Cheese – Gruyere Cheese – Whole Milk – Salt and Pepper – Water

To the Instant Pot, add dried elbow macaroni, butter, and water. Set it to [Pressure Cook]  at high pressure for 4 minutes.

When done, quick release the pressure. Open the lid. Stir in milk and cheese until smooth and creamy.

Pour the mac and cheese into an oven safe baking dish. Spread panko breadcrumb mixture evenly on top. Broil until golden brown.
