Air fryer broccoli is the easiest way to getting mouthwatering crispy, juicy, and flavorful broccoli in a fraction of the time as traditional oven roasting. Made with fresh or frozen broccoli and simple seasoning, you'll have a quick and easy side dish or snack alongside your kids' favorite dip, ready in just 10 minutes!
In a large bowl, toss broccoli florets together with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Spread the broccoli evenly out on the air fryer basket/tray. Add 1 tablespoon of water to the bottom of the air fryer basket (this will steam the broccoli first to ensure that it cooks completely through).
Air fry for 6-8 minutes. Shake the air fryer basket or flip the broccoli, then air fry for an additional 2-3 minutes until tender crisp.
FOR FROZEN BROCCOLI:
Preheat the Air Fryer to 375°F
Place the frozen broccoli florets into the air fryer basket/tray. Air fry for 4-5 minutes until defrosted. Then, drain out any excess liquid.
Toss the broccoli with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Spread the broccoli out so that it is not overlapping.
Then air fry for an additional 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp.
