Air fryer kielbasa with potatoes and bell peppers is an easy 15-minute dinner made with just four ingredients. The potatoes turn golden, the kielbasa browns around the edges, and everything cooks with very little prep.
Coat the ingredients. Toss the potatoes, kielbasa, and bell pepper with olive oil.
Start the potatoes. Add the potatoes to the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 4 minutes, shaking halfway through.
Add the kielbasa and peppers. Add the sliced kielbasa and bell pepper to the basket. Air fry for another 8 minutes, shaking or flipping everything a couple of times for even browning.
Serve. Serve immediately while hot.
Notes
Cut the potatoes into similar-size pieces so they cook evenly.
Use fully cooked kielbasa for this recipe.
Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket. Cook in batches if needed.
For extra browning, increase the temperature to 400°F for the final 1–2 minutes.
Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
